CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you cancel a booked service after making an advance payment or deposit, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total agreed service amount will apply. This fee may be deducted from any amount already paid, and if the amount paid is less than the applicable cancellation fee, the remaining balance may still be due. Any additional non-refundable costs or expenses already incurred for your booking may also apply.
